Naisha

Naisha is a dedicated youth leader in the YSP program with a passion for advocacy and community impact. Born in Puerto Rico and raised in Tennessee, she faced and overcame challenges with racism in the South, shaping her resilience and commitment to equity. Drawing from her own lived experience with homelessness, Naisha brings empathy, strength, and authenticity to her work. She is deeply grateful to be part of the YSP program and is driven by a mission to support and uplift young people facing similar hardships. Through sharing knowledge, resources, and her personal story, Naisha strives to help prevent and end youth homelessness while empowering others to find stability, hope, and opportunity ❤️
