Are you or do you know a young person between the ages of 12 and 24 who is experiencing homelessness or housing instability in New Hampshire? Here are a few resources. Please reach out if you need more information!

Waypoint

Waypoint is the largest runaway and homeless youth provider in NH. They operate programs for youth 12-24 years old in Manchester, Concord and the Tri-Cities/Seacoast region.

The Upper Room

The Upper Room runs a outreach and case management program for youth and young adults experiencing homelessness in Western Rockingham County.

Oasis Youth Shelter

The Oasis teen shelter is located in Claremont and is run by the Claremont Learning Partnership.

211 New Hampshire

211 is a phone hotline that connects people seeking help with homelessness and a variety of other needs with service providers in their area.
