Are you or do you know a young person between the ages of 12 and 24 who is experiencing homelessness or housing instability in New Hampshire? Here are a few resources. Please reach out if you need more information!
Waypoint is the runaway and homeless youth provider in NH. They operate programs for youth 12-23 years old in Manchester, Concord and the Tri-Cities/Seacoast region.
The Oasis teen shelter is located in Claremont and is run by the Claremont Learning Partnership.
Stepping Stones is a youth drop-in center located in Nashua. Youth can get help with basic needs and case management.
211 is a phone hotline that connects people seeking help with homelessness and a variety of other needs with service providers in their area.
