Ariel Hayes

Ariel Hayes is the Director of Sustainability for the Youth Success Project. Ariel served as a Co-Director during the organization's first two years and saw the YSP through a period of major growth. They now work part time managing the organization's finances while pursuing their Masters of Public Health at Boston University. Ariel is passionate about grassroots advocacy work, community building, harm reduction, and child’s rights.
